We understand that some studio owners manage multiple locations and require additional sub-accounts within My Studio Manager. To simplify costs and maximise value, we’ve introduced a consistent and affordable pricing structure for additional locations.
Each additional location (or sub-account) will be available at a flat rate of $97 AUD per month — regardless of your current plan. This applies to all plans: Starter, Growth, and Ascend.
Each additional location will automatically mirror the features and benefits of your primary plan.
For example:
If your primary account is on the Starter Plan ($97/month), additional locations will include 2 users and 600 contacts.
If your primary account is on the Growth Plan ($197/month), additional locations will include 5 users and 2000 contacts
If your primary account is on the Ascend Plan ($297/month), additional locations will include unlimited users and contacts.
To qualify for additional locations at the discounted rate:
All locations must share the same ABN (Australian Business Number) as the primary account.
The ABN must be owned by the same person or entity that holds the primary MSM account.
Each additional location will function as an independent sub-account with its own contacts, calendars, automations, and communication tools.
Premium tools and services are billed separately and can not be shared between locations.
To add one or more additional locations to your account:
Contact our support team at [email protected] or via your MSM dashboard.
Provide proof of ABN ownership for the additional location(s).
Once approved, your new location(s) will be activated and accessible from your MSM dashboard.
