My Studio Manager provides an all-in-one management platform for studios and performing arts businesses. These terms apply to your use of the platform, including Class Manager and all connected tools and services.
My Studio Manager provides tools for CRM, enrolments, class management, automated billing, websites, marketing, communications and integrations with third-party providers. We may update or improve features at any time to enhance the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login details and for all activity occurring under your account. You agree not to use the platform for unlawful or abusive purposes and must ensure your information remains accurate.
My Studio Manager operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to maintain a valid payment method and keep your account in good standing. Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension of access.
Subscription fees for My Studio Manager are processed via third-party billing providers such as Stripe. These charges relate only to your software subscription with us and not to payments collected from your customers.
All subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
My Studio Manager provides integrations with third-party payment processors to allow studios to collect payments from their own customers.
Important:
Your merchant agreement is directly with your chosen payment provider (including Worldpay). Payment agreements exist between your studio, your customers, and the payment processor.
My Studio Manager is not a payment processor, merchant provider, or financial institution and does not hold or transfer customer funds. We provide the software connection only.
You are solely responsible for:
My Studio Manager is not responsible for payment failures, chargebacks, processor outages, merchant account issues, or financial losses relating to payment processing.
If moving from another provider (such as Stripe to Worldpay), you are responsible for notifying customers, updating payment terms, and providing required notice periods (typically 30 days). We provide integration support only and are not responsible for migration delays or rejected transfers.
The platform integrates with external providers including payment gateways, SMS services, email providers and hosting services. We are not responsible for downtime, pricing changes, or decisions made by these providers.
You retain ownership of your data and are responsible for ensuring you have permission to store and use your customers’ information. We take reasonable steps to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
We aim to provide reliable access at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or outages may occur from time to time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Studio Manager is not liable for loss of profits, revenue, data, payment disputes, or business interruption arising from use of the platform or third-party services.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you to My Studio Manager in the previous three months.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or fail to maintain payment.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
