When payment processing is enabled, payment agreements exist between the studio, their customers, and the payment processor. My Studio Manager provides the software connection only.

Studio owners are responsible for providing appropriate privacy information to their customers where required. My Studio Manager acts as a software provider and data processor only.

You are responsible for keeping login details secure, managing staff access, and using strong passwords.

7. International Data Processing

Some data may be processed or stored on secure servers outside Australia via trusted service providers. By using My Studio Manager, you consent to this transfer where required to operate the platform.
